The Delhi Mini League is a grassroots football initiative intended to facilitate participation, competition, development and identification of young football talent through organized football activities.

The League may include different age categories, genders, competitions, fixtures, venues and participation formats as may be determined by the League organizers from time to time.

The organizers reserve the right to modify the structure, schedule, categories, eligibility requirements, venues, rules and other aspects of the League where reasonably necessary.

Participation in the League is subject to the eligibility criteria prescribed by the League organizers.

Players must satisfy the applicable age, identity and other eligibility requirements for the relevant category.

The organizers may require supporting documentation for verification of age, identity or other eligibility criteria.

Registration information must be accurate, complete and up to date.

A club, school, academy or other participating organization registering players is responsible for ensuring that the information submitted on behalf of its players is accurate and that it has the necessary authority to submit such information.

Where the participant is a minor, participation shall be subject to the submission of the required consent/NOC from the parent or lawful guardian.

Submission of registration information does not automatically guarantee participation in any particular match, fixture, competition or event. Participation remains subject to eligibility verification, League rules and the decision of the League organizers.

As the League involves participants who may be below 18 years of age, the League requires appropriate parent or lawful guardian consent/NOC for participation and processing of the minor's personal information.

The parent or lawful guardian providing the NOC represents that they are legally authorised to provide such consent.

The League organizers may verify the information or documentation submitted for the purpose of establishing eligibility and consent.

If the required consent or documentation is not provided, is withdrawn, or cannot be reasonably verified, the organizers may suspend or decline the relevant registration or participation.

Clubs may be required to register through the Website or through such other process as prescribed by the League organizers.

Clubs not affiliated with the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (“MCD”) may be required to pay a club registration fee.

The organizers may introduce additional fees or charges in connection with League-related services, registrations or activities in the future.

Applicable fees, payment terms and any refund or cancellation conditions shall be communicated to the concerned club before or at the time such payment becomes due.

A club is responsible for ensuring that payments made through the Website or any designated payment mechanism are authorised by the club.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, payment of a registration or other fee does not by itself guarantee qualification, selection, match participation or any particular sporting outcome.

Access to account-based features is currently provided primarily to registered clubs.

Club login credentials are confidential and must not be shared with unauthorised persons.

Each club is responsible for all activity carried out through its account.

Clubs must immediately notify the League organizers if they become aware of any unauthorised access, suspected compromise or misuse of their account.

SITDS may suspend, restrict or terminate access to an account where it reasonably believes that the account is being misused, compromised, or operated in violation of these Terms or applicable League rules.

All participating clubs, coaches, officials and players must comply with the applicable League rules, competition regulations, disciplinary requirements and instructions issued by the League organizers.

The League organizers may make decisions relating to fixtures, scheduling, venue allocation, player eligibility, match administration, disciplinary matters and other operational requirements.

Fixtures, venues and schedules may be changed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled due to operational, sporting, administrative, safety, weather-related or other circumstances.

The organizers shall make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes through appropriate channels.

Decisions relating to League administration shall be subject to the applicable competition rules and procedures notified by the organizers.

The Website may display limited information relating to participating players and matches, including player names, team/club information, match-related information and specific match statistics.

Only information determined by the League organizers to be appropriate for public display shall be made publicly available.

The organizers do not intend to publish a player's complete or overall performance profile or comprehensive statistics publicly through the Website unless such publication is separately authorised and communicated.

Matches, League activities, events and related activities may be photographed, recorded or otherwise documented.

The names, logos and marks associated with the Delhi Mini League and its participating or associated organisations may not be used without appropriate authorisation.
